The following General Terms and Conditions apply for all orders via our online shop.
2. Contract partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with the Richard Sellmer Verlag KG, Schmellbachstr. 25, 70565 Stuttgart-Germany.
With the setting of the products in the online shop, we provide a binding offer to conclude the contract via this article. You can first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for this in the order process and explained. Immediately after the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
A binding contract can also be concluded as follows:
- If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract will be concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment order to PayPal.
- If you have chosen the payment type Amazon Payment, the contract will be concluded at the time of the confirmation of the payment order to Amazon.
3. Terms of delivery

In principle, you have the option of collection at Richard Sellmer Verlag KG, Schmellbachstr. 25, 70565 Stuttgart, Germany for the following business hours: 8.15 am to 11.30 am or by appointment.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
4. Delivery periods
We ship the ordered articles within 1 to 3 working days
In our shop you have the following payment methods available:
If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank account in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
The purchase price of your account will be debited after you have received the goods.
SEPA Direct Debit
If you grant us a SEPA mandate, the payment will be made by default of your bank account. The account load shall be effected after shipment of the goods. We will inform you separately in advance notice about the date of the account burden.
The deadline for your prior information on the date of the account burden (pre-notification deadline) is shortened to 6 days.

With Amazon Payments, you make use of the payment and shipping information stored in your Amazon account. You only need your Amazon access data. The goods shall remain our property until payment is complete.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain as soon as possible with the delivery person and please contact us immediately. The failure to reclamation or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. They help us, however, to make our own claims against the freight carrier or to be able to make transport insurance.
8. Liability for defects
The statutory regulations for the liability of defects and warranty shall apply.
9. Return Law
Gem. § 355 para. 2 S.1 BGB You can send the ordered goods back to us within 14 days without giving a reason.
10. Credit after revocation
If the buyer has withdrawn his purchase and sent back the goods, the dealer is in accordance with. § 357 (3) 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is obliged to use the same means of payment for the repayment, which the customer also used for the purchase price payment.
