Panorama Advent Calendar with Two Backdrops

The “Christmas in the Alps” Advent calendar is a reprint of a design from 1960. The wide mountain landscape with a snow-covered farmhouse, bridge, and sleigh scene looks like a small Alpine Christmas stage.

Its three-dimensional construction is particularly special: Two large inserted backdrops give the panorama depth and make the calendar an eye-catching decoration in the Christmas room. New details are hidden behind the farmhouse windows day after day.

Measuring approximately 68 x 21 cm, the calendar is long and decorative. It is generally embellished with Glitter and sealed openly in film. The historical origins of the design also make it appealing to collectors and lovers of classic paper Advent calendars.
